• The Pluxee Pro programme is valid till 28-02-2025.
• The programme cost is set at ₹19. This amount will be deducted from either of the Meal, Celebrations, Dining, Rewards, or Reimbursement wallet subject to the available card balance.
• Consumers can opt to enrol for the programme only till the above-mentioned date.
• Once enrolled, a consumer cannot roll out/opt out of the programme.
• The offers are valid only till the programme validity date and do not depend on the date of enrolment. For example, if a consumer enrols for Pluxee Pro in 05-09-2024, the program and all the benefits of the programme will be valid only till 28-02-2025.
• The offers under the EAT SURE brand (Behrouz Biryani; Faasos; Oven Story; Mandarin Oak; Lunch Box; The Good Bowl; Sweet Truth; Firangi Bake; The Biryani Life) can be redeemed 3 times a month only on the EatSure app.
• All other offers can be redeemed only once per consumer.
• Each offer may have its terms & conditions (available on the website).
• Offers are neither exchangeable for cash, nor are transferable.
• Pluxee reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add, or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time without prior notice.
• Pluxee decisions on all matters relating to this programme including the determination of the eligible consumers are final, conclusive, and binding and no further correspondences or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
• Pluxee is free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute any information details of this programme to third parties without limitation.
• Pluxee may disclose consumer personal information to its contractors and agents for the purpose of discharging its obligation.
• Any dispute with regards to this Programme is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
• To the fullest extent permitted by the law, in no event will Pluxee or any of its officers, employees and / or agents be liable for any loss or damages (including but without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill or indirect, incidental, consequential exemplary, punitive, or special damages of any party) howsoever arising whether in contract or otherwise in connection with the programme.
• Pluxee shall not be liable for any default in respect of this programme due to any act of GOD, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, flood, fire, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Pluxee.
